Job Duties:
Drive branch performance results through strong individual sales performance and through direction of the entire branch team to meet and exceed all branch sales and quality service goals.
Ability to oversee more than one branch location or substantial location with large deposits and loan portfolios.
Conduct outside sales efforts according to market opportunity to generate new business and consumer clients, while maintaining and expanding existing consumer and business banking relationships.
Supervise the day-to-day operational functions of the branch; including but not limited to vault, drawer, and ATM balancing; overseeing teller and customer service duties and assisting with customer transactions as needed.
Responsible for interviewing, hiring, training, and coaching of branch retail employees; assigning and directing workload; appraising performance; rewarding and disciplining branch retail employees; addressing complaints and resolving problems.
Ensure the branch complies with all relevant LSB policies and procedures. Manage complex issues for customers and provide resolution, information and/or additional options. Ensure prompt and proper response to all reasonable customer requests.
Take consumer loan applications, underwrite consumer loans, work with Central Loan Processing to decision/close consumer loans. Ability to maintain substantial loan portfolio.

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, or related field preferred
Nationwide Mortgage Licensing System (NMLS) or ability to obtain
