Position Summary:
Responsible for overseeing all aspects of the bank's commercial loan processing and servicing operations, including managing staff, ensuring accurate and timely processing of loan transactions (new loans, renewals, modifications, payments), maintaining compliance with regulations, and optimizing operational efficiency across the loan portfolio, all while prioritizing quality control and smooth customer service within a complex lending environment; The Manager work closely with other departments including the Commercial lending, Credit Administration, Risk & Compliance and Accounting departments to ensure seamless workflow.
Essential Functions:
- Manages all aspects of the loan operations department for all commercial lending products and services offered by the bank. Assures processes and procedures are efficient and compliant.
- Oversee the recruitment, hiring, and onboarding of department employees, while assigning tasks, managing performance evaluations, career development, staffing, and disciplinary actions.
- Set goals, prioritize tasks, organize workflows, and ensure the timely and accurate completion of work.
- Adheres to all State and Federal Banking Regulations, receive and research new regulations, policies and procedures and implement them. Ensure necessary changes or recommendations have been implemented as directed.
- Act as liaison to the Internal Auditor, Compliance Officer for audit and compliance issues.
- Continuously assess loan operations processes to identify opportunities for improvement and implement streamlined procedures to enhance efficiency.
- Collaborate with system providers to optimize application usage, streamline processes, and ensure accuracy and compliance. Analyze, prepare, and train staff on periodic software updates, verify the effectiveness of enhancements, and assist with system design and parameters to support the needs of multiple departments. Manage user security access.
- Responsible for coordinating projects and implementation with the Commercial lending departments.
- Participate in strategic discussions with Commercial Lending Management meetings.
- Represent Lincoln Savings Bank in a positive light in all professional duties. Including participating in civic, community, and networking events to cultivate productive relationships for Lincoln Savings Bank.
- Performs other duties and responsibilities as assigned by Management.

Required Qualifications:
- 3 years of supervisory and leadership experience and relevant loan operations management
- experience preferred.
- 7 years banking experience
- Detailed knowledge of lending products, including residential, commercial, consumer, and
- leasing.
- Experience in solving practical problems and dealing with a variety of variables in situations
- where only limited standardization exists.
- Experience in developing, training, leading, inspiring, and motivating teams.
- Prefer knowledge of Laser Pro, Abrigo (Sageworks) and Fiserv DNA
- Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or related field
