What You’ll Do:
- Responsible for the day-to-day accounting operations ensuring compliance with the business' accounting policies and procedures.
- Overall responsibility for the accurate and timely closing of the monthly, quarterly, and annual books and records in accordance with US and local GAAP.
- Assess and evaluate financial performance of the organization regarding long-term operational goals, budgets, and forecasts.
- Monitor inventory reports to ensure accuracy, resolve variances, perform variance analysis, financial and margin analysis.
- Lead, train, develop, and motivate accounting staff to maintain a high level of employee commitment and competence for sustained and self-reliant performance and achievement of departmental and organizational goals.
- Act as a strategic business partner to senior executive leadership team.
- Develop and establish yearly financial objectives that align with the company’s strategy.
- Ensure SOX compliance
Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance or Accounting
- 8 years experience desired
- Management experience, strong leadership
Salary : $150,000 - $160,000
