Key Responsibilities:
- Report monthly cash flow activities, summarizing data using pivot tables.
- Maintain lease accounting records, including third-party cloud-based lease records.
- Perform month-end close procedures, prepare complex journal entries, and conduct account reconciliations.
- Ensure compliance with generally accepted accounting principles (GAAP) and federal and state laws and regulations.
- Assist in developing and monitoring departmental, project, and organizational budgets.
- Collaborate with external auditors during fiscal year-end close activities.
Qualifications:
- Certified Public Accountant (CPA) designation.
- Proficiency in accounting software and financial technology systems.
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
