Lincoln Search Consultants , a nationally recognized Forbes Professional Recruiting Firm, has been engaged on a Financial Analyst search by our client, one of the largest sound stage and facilities operators in the world.
If you're interested in working in an exciting industry, competing with companies like Disney and Netflix, then this role may be perfect for you. You'll report to the Director of FP&A and work closely with the Corporate Controller who was placed by us two years ago. The finance department was recently created after the company was purchased by a private equity firm. You'll have the chance to get in on the ground level and be a key contributor in building the department.
The Financial Analyst supports the finance team by providing analytical insights, preparing reports, and assisting in financial planning and analysis. This position is ideal for someone who is detail-oriented, self-motivated, and seeks to grow within the finance industry.
Key Responsibilities :
- Utilize data analytics and insights to guide business partners in making informed decisions that align with Company goals.
- Lead core FP&A activities, including budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis, and reporting.
- Create and refine complex financial models to evaluate the impact of various strategic options and scenarios.
- Lead the budgeting process, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and accurate forecasting.
- Prepare detailed financial reports and presentations for senior management and stakeholders.
