- Financial Reporting: Prepare and review financial statements according to SEC guidelines.
- Technical Expertise: Serve as the go-to resource for specific accounting areas, such as stock compensation and revenue recognition.
- Support Activities: Assist in audits, support Investor Relations, and evaluate transactions or new regulations.
Requirements:
- Education: Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or related field.
- Certification: CPA or CPA in progress.
- Experience: 4 years in accounting, preferably with public accounting exposure or industry mix.
- Skills: Strong knowledge of U.S. GAAP, excellent communication, and proficiency in Microsoft Office; familiarity with large ERP software is desirable.
