LINCOLN-SUDBURY REGIONAL SCHOOL DISTRICT 390 LINCOLN ROAD SUDBURY, MASSACHUSETTS 01776 EMPLOYMENT OPPORTUNITY 2025-2026 School Year Title: Nordic Ski Head Coach Position Summary: Lincoln-Sudbury Regional High School seeks a Nordic Ski Head Coach for the upcoming 2025-2026 winter season. The 2025-26 winter season runs from Monday December 1st through mid February. Practices are generally after school. This successful program has boys and girls teams. Duties and Responsibilities (Not limited to): The head coach is responsible for all aspects of coaching a competitive nordic ski program while adhering to rules and guidelines set forth by the school, Dual County League and MIAA. The team practices and competes at the Weston Ski Track. Expectations: *Teaching the L-S Athletics Curriculum *Must be able to take the MIAA Coaching Course *Ability to drive the school van to away games *Ability to work with high school population *Understanding of high school sports operations *Work well with high school students, parents and other coaches *Good interpersonal, communication and organizational skills *Be prepared, punctual and ethical Experience Preferred: *Experience coaching Nordic Ski at the high school level *Experience competing in Nordic Ski or an experienced recreational skier Stipend as per contract.
