Responsibilities For HVAC Technician Instructors
- Teach HVAC Technologies classes, following Lincoln Tech's accredited curriculum.
- Conduct hands-on training sessions to enhance student skills in our fully equipped facility.
- Foster a positive and engaging classroom environment that encourages student growth, professionalism, and accountability.
- Monitor and support student progress, providing constructive feedback and guidance.
- Develop lesson plans and instructional materials that align with industry standards.
- Stay current with HVAC technologies and practices to provide up-to-date training.
- Collaborate with faculty and staff to improve program effectiveness and student outcomes.
- Prepare students for certification exams and successful careers in HVAC Technology.
- Valid S1 or S2 HVAC Technician license (Or the ability to obtain within 18 months of hire)
- 3 years' HVAC Technician experience
- High School Diploma/GED
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to motivate and engage students in a learning environment.
- Passion for teaching and mentoring future professionals.
- Teaching experience is not required; a desire to educate and inspire is essential.
