Supervisor - Career School Education

We are seeking a strong, organized, professional Education Supervisor to lead our instructors and staff in the delivery of our skilled trades career programs. As part of our Union, NJ campus management team, you'll play a crucial role in helping us achieve Lincoln Tech's mission of providing superior education and training in a supportive environment.

Responsibilities For a Skilled Trades - Education Supervisor

• Manage Skilled trades Faculty with a firm, yet professional, manner
• Monitor work processes and conduct classroom observations
• Recruit, select, orient, and train faculty
• Develop staff professional and personal growth opportunities
• Manage faculty schedules and monitor absenteeism
• Provide excellent student service to achieve student satisfaction and retention
• Maintain inventory of all classrooms and equipment
  
  

Requirements For a Skilled Trades - Education Supervisor

• Associates degree (or higher) or equivalent Skilled Trades management experience
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite including Excel
• 3 years of supervisory / management experience with the ability to make decisions quickly
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
• Prior military leadership is a plus
• Must be able to resolve issues in a posittive manner while maintaining control
