Lincoln Tech has an exciting opportunity to facilitate student success as an Education Facilitator. In this role, you will provide support to ensure student success, enhance retention rates, and inspire re-enrollment while collaborating with other campus departments.
Requirements of an Education Facilitator
- Ability to work well without direct supervision
- Task management and communication skills
- Attention to detail, a sense of urgency, and a passion for quality
- Basic Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- High school diploma or GED
Preferred:
- Associate degree
Responsibilities of an Education Facilitator
- Monitor all student academic progress and provides academic assistance to students
- Address student issues and proactively meet student needs as it pertains to retention
- Process student transcripts and diplomas
- Assist the Dean and Education Supervisors with document collection and organization
- Additional durtes may be assigned as necessary
