Responsibilities for a Skilled Trades - Education Supervisor
- Manage Skilled trades Faculty
- Monitor work processes and conduct classroom observations
- Recruit, select, orient, and train faculty
- Develop staff professional and personal growth opportunities
- Manage faculty schedules and monitor absenteeism
- Provide excellent student service to achieve student satisfaction and retention
- Maintain inventory of all classrooms and equipment
Requirements for a Skilled Trades - Education Supervisor
- Associate degree or equivalent Skilled Trades management experience
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- 3 years of supervisory / management experience
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
