VP of Nursing

Lincoln Tech is seeking a highly experienced Vice President of Nursing (VP of Nursing) to oversee the Nursing program at all campus locations. This senior leadership role is responsible for developing and implementing a comprehensive operating model that drives both the profitability and academic success of the Nursing program. The VP of Nursing will set the direction for the program, ensuring it provides an industry-leading educational experience for students while meeting or exceeding all Federal, State, and Accreditation standards. This position will also focus on the growth and expansion of Lincoln Tech's presence within the healthcare education sector. This opportunity will be hybrid with significant travel to our campuses, corporate office in Parsippany NJ, and other locations as needed.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement a robust operating model for the Nursing program that drives profitability, operational efficiency, and student success.
• Lead efforts to achieve RN program status for the Nursing program in the state of New Jersey.
• Establish and maintain strong relationships with state nursing boards, accrediting bodies, and key healthcare industry leaders to promote Lincoln Tech's Nursing program.
• Collaborate with Campus Presidents to address staffing needs for the Director and Assistant Director of Nursing positions at each campus.
• Partner with leadership teams to assess and improve campus-level nursing programs, ensuring that all programs meet or exceed performance standards, including student outcomes and placement rates.
• Monitor and evaluate healthcare program outcomes, working closely with corporate leadership to ensure key performance indicators are met or exceeded.
• Oversee the continuous review and enhancement of the nursing curriculum to ensure that it delivers an outstanding educational experience, aligned with industry needs and accreditation standards.
• Work closely with Campus Presidents and corporate staff to design and implement comprehensive training programs for new and current nursing faculty.
• Develop and expand industry partnerships that enhance the quality and scope of the Nursing program, providing students with valuable real-world opportunities.
• Generate regular reports and analyses on program performance, making recommendations to senior leadership for improvements or adjustments.

Requirements:

• Doctorate in Nursing (DNP) is essential!
• Experience with hybrid/blended learning models is highly preferred.
• 10 years of senior-level education leadership experience, with a proven track record of managing and leading nursing programs, preferably in a proprietary education setting.
• Strong business acumen, with experience in P&L responsibility and budget management.
• Experience in developing and executing strategic plans, with a focus on both academic excellence and business performance.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and influence leaders at all levels of the organization.
• A deep understanding of the culture and values of Lincoln Tech and the ability to align program goals with the broader mission of the institution.
