Position Summary: The Director of Strategic Enrollment Initiatives is responsible for developing and implementing high-impact strategies that support enrollment growth, operational efficiency, and student success. This role leads efforts in data analysis, partnership development, and process optimization, working collaboratively across departments to enhance recruitment, yield, and retention outcomes.

Qualifications & Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree required; master's degree preferred in higher education administration, business administration, data analytics, or a related field.
- 5-7 years of experience in enrollment management, admissions strategy, or a related field.
- Experience working with military-affiliated students, VA benefits, and compliance regulations preferred.
- Strong background in data analysis and process improvement.
- Demonstrated ability to develop external partnerships and pipeline programs.
- Excellent strategic thinking, project management, and collaboration skills.
