What are the responsibilities and job description for the Front Office Specialist position at Lincoln Vision Center?
Busy optometric practice looking for an exceptional front office specialist to greet and direct patients accordingly in-person or on the phone in a professional and courteous manner. Schedule appointments as well as check-in and check-out patients including verifying insurance and registration information and collecting payment. Balance cash drawer and reconcile credit card transactions.
Responsibilities and Duties
Computer experience with electronic medical records or patient scheduling preferred. Technical skills needed to operate copier/ fax and able to troubleshoot problems as they arise. Must have excellent customer service skills.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $15.00 - $19.00 per hour
