Responsibilities of a RN Unit Manager:
- Facilitate the interdisciplinary team and coordination of care and for residents and patients in a skilled nursing and rehabilitation setting.
- Act as a main point of contact between residents and their families
- Address and prevent concerns from family members
- Manage up to 15-25 clinical staff while on shift.
Qualifications for a RN Unit Manager:
- Associates Degree or above in Nursing (ASN)
- Clear and active Registered Nurse (RN) in the state of practice required.
- One (1 ) years nursing experience required with prior Sub-Acute Care or Long-Term Care nursing experience preferred.
