Job Summary
The Product Assurance Manager will lead the product assurance program to prevent or eliminate defects in new or existing products by performing the following duties personally or through subordinates. The role is responsible for ensuring awareness of regulatory and customer requirements throughout the organization.
The Product Assurance Manager is accountable for the tactical operations of the Quality Assurance Department, including personnel management, team core culture establishment, and collaboration with all manufacturing, finance, supply chain, and EHS departments. The role also manages all aspects of the company quality system, directs regulatory/ISO compliance, document control, and support staff management.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develops initial and subsequent modifications of product designs to delineate areas of responsibility, personnel requirements, and operational procedures within programs.
- Evaluates contents of reports from product assurance program department heads and confers with top management personnel preparatory to formulating fiscal budgets for product assurance programs.
- Conducts management meetings with product design department heads to establish, delineate, and review program organizational policies, coordinate functions and operations between departments, and establish responsibilities and procedures for attaining objectives.
