Job Description
Part of the Moose Boat Division, Marine Rigger is involved in almost all aspects of building customized, high-quality aluminum boats for fire departments and law enforcement customers. Marine Rigger will routinely install windows, cabinets, HVAC systems, plumbing, electrical systems (DC and AC), mechanical systems, and diesel and gas engines. No welding will be required. Should have a high attention to detail, the ability to fit and work in tight spaces and lift up to 50 lbs. Ownership and familiarity with personal hand tools are required. Should be able to work with other team members and have the ability to work alone. Apply strict adherence to industry safety standards, and maintain a clean work environment.
Perfect candidate should have the following skills :
Experience installing gas and diesel engines.
Familiar with all hand tools, Bands saws, table saws, routers, chop saws, drills, etc. Forklifts and overhead cranes.
Familiar with mechanical systems, plumbing and HVAC.
Must be able to stand, kneel, crouch and lay on back for extended period of time.
Ability to lift heavy items (50lb or more), working overhead
Applicant Requirements :
High School Diploma or GED preferred.
Valid Driver's License
Minimum of 2 years experience
Monday through Friday 6 : 30am to 3 : 00pm occasional overtime may be required, possible weekends.

Pay Transparency Disclosure : The base pay range offered for this position is $36 to $45 per hour. These figures represent what Lind Marine reasonably expect to pay for this position, but actual compensation offered will depend on numerous job-related factors, including but not limited to qualifications, skills, experience, location, education and market data. Lind Marine reserves the right to modify the range in the future.
