Account Executive - Billboard Advertising (Richland County)

Job Type:
- Mid-level
- Full-time, Monday – Friday, 8am – 5pm
- Combination of days spent in Mansfield office and in the designated market territories
Pay: starting at $50,000 base salary
After initial training period, base salary commission, ranging from $60,000 - $125,000 annually

The AE position is mid-level. Candidates must have strong verbal skills, be willing to work independently and be self-disciplined, and become an active member in the advertising community.

- Confidence in working on multiple marketing campaigns and accounts at once
- Understanding of client needs and working within their budget
- Strong writing skills and ability to pitch strategic ideas with confidence
Excellent communication skills to motivate clients, provide product and process knowledge, deliver results, develop positive relationships, and manage expectations within business constraints
- Ability to assist team members in moving clients and projects forward simultaneously
