Summary
As an Advertising Operations Specialist, you will bring a strategic approach to the planning, coordination, and execution of email marketing campaigns. Responsibilities
- Strategically review and orchestrate the planning and coordination of campaign execution activities.
- Collaborate with campaign execution specialists, marketers, and marketing operations managers to evaluate campaign needs and establish technical requirements for seamless email campaign execution.
- Provide comprehensive technical support to stakeholders, encompassing issue identification, triage, and thorough documentation.
- Present actionable feedback on campaign execution tools and processes to marketing operations managers to drive continuous improvement.
- Conduct in-depth analysis of weekly campaign capacity and compile detailed summary reports.
- Monitor and document campaign performance metrics at scale to inform data-driven decision-making.
Skills
- Proven experience in managing intricate email marketing campaigns.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong problem-solving abilities, attention to detail, and excellent interpersonal skills.
- Demonstrated experience in cross-functional collaboration and the ability to prioritize multiple team initiatives.
- Extensive knowledge of CRM systems and software, including but not limited to Salesforce Marketing Cloud and Marketo.
- Deep understanding of marketing operational processes, campaign execution, and quality control measures to ensure efficient campaign rollout and launch.
Education/Experience
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, computer science, computer engineering, or a related field is preferred.
- Over 5 years of extensive experience in the marketing domain.
Location: Remote (PST preferred)
Role type: Contract 12 Month Position
