Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Consumer Product Marketing Manager to join our growing product marketing team and support our global audience on one of our apps. The ideal candidate is a seasoned, strategic, data-driven, and consumer-focused marketing professional. This role involves leading both inbound and outbound product marketing initiatives, influencing product strategies and positioning for target audiences, and leading go-to-market efforts that drive awareness and adoption. You will work cross-functionally with partners at various levels throughout the company. Minimum Qualifications:
- 10 years of full-time experience in Marketing.
- Direct experience in Product Marketing, partnering closely with Product teams.
- Experience with consumer go-to-market (GTM) strategies based on consumer-driven insights.
- Experience with consumer-facing product launches and consumer campaigns.
- Experience working with Product, Marketing, Policy, and Communications teams at all levels of management, both internally and externally.
- Experience developing and driving analytically rigorous online and offline marketing campaigns with a variety of internal teams and external stakeholders.
- Experience delivering presentations to executives and cross-functional teams.
- Project management experience.
Responsibilities:
- Influence and shape product strategies, positioning, and narratives using data and insights for target audiences in close collaboration with research, product, communications, and policy teams.
- Develop and execute go-to-market strategies, including setting goals, defining metrics for success, developing assets, and planning integrated launches with cross-functional partners.
- Partner with brand and integrated marketing teams on outbound marketing and advertising strategies and programs to drive awareness, adoption, and long-term engagement.
- Tackle complex problems with a strategic mindset, and create thoughtful recommendations and action plans to solve those problems.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, or a related discipline.
- MBA.
- Experience in the internet or technology industry.
- Proficiency in the Product Marketing Management (PMM) skill set.
