Responsibilities

Develop, edit, and refine Help Center articles and customer support content aligned with our content strategy.

Create and improve content to enable Generative AI capabilities.

Uphold and advocate for content standards and best practices.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams—including Operations, Product Management, Legal, Communications, and Engineering—to simplify complex product and policy concepts into clear, accessible language.
Minimum Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in English or a relevant field from a U.S. institution (or an equivalent degree internationally).

2 years of experience in technical writing or content strategy.

6 months of experience in Generative AI content creation.

Proven critical thinking skills and sound editorial judgment, particularly when managing large, sensitive, and complex content sets for Generative AI.

Demonstrated expertise in planning and producing online help content and customer support materials for social media platforms and/or mobile apps.

Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience with content management systems (CMS), content analytics tools, and project management software.
Location: Remote (East Coast)
Role type: Contract 8 Month Position
Expected hours: 40 per week
