We are looking for an experienced Direct-to-Consumer Sales Manager to oversee the daily business operations of our prescription e-commerce platform. This role focuses on flawless business execution and ensuring sales growth across our optical portfolio. The successful candidate will manage a digital catalog of prescription products, meeting core KPIs related to order fulfillment, inventory management, forecasting, and promotion management, while continuously improving processes and optimizing operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily operations of an e-commerce digital catalog of prescription and optical products, including order fulfillment, inventory management, listing accuracy, shipping, fraud disputes, and vendor services.
- Develop, implement, and maintain efficient operational processes and procedures.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, logistics, product management, and engineering, to ensure alignment and effective communication on key business initiatives.
- Provide commentary and regular analysis on sales performance with cross-functional stakeholders and leadership.
- Collaborate with the data analytics team to develop and track key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Foster a culture of operational excellence, encouraging innovation and continuous improvement.
Requirements:
- 5 years of professional experience in business, strategy, e-commerce, or marketing.
- Experience establishing operational strategies that are new to the organization.
- Experience partnering with sales, marketing, and external partner teams to deliver high-impact campaigns through production and execution.
- Experience working across a diverse set of sales distribution channels, including online and physical surfaces.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with a high level of attention to detail (documents, presentations).
- Experience with consumer tech or CPG brands.
- BA/BS degree.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience working in the prescription optical industry.
Location: Onsite/Remote (Seattle, WA or Pacific Timezone Only)
Role type: Contract 12 Month Position
