Summary:
The ideal candidate for this role is a versatile and innovative professional with a proven ability to deliver and launch activations and initiatives on time, on budget, and on strategy. They must be a clear communicator, team player, problem solver, and multi-tasker capable of producing world-class events that represent our brands. This individual will join a team managing a portfolio of four major app partnerships, including entertainment, sports, streamers, news, gaming publishers, and live music festivals. The role involves collaborating with both media and creator partners to drive content production and working with stakeholders to align vision and manage activations.
Role Responsibilities:
- Work closely with the Partnerships team to lead the execution of activations, including timelines, budgets, event location sourcing, contracts, vendor management, creator communication, partner communication, and recapping.
- Maintain organized status sheets, job folders, and build and input into G Suite slides, decks, docs, and sheets.
- Manage a high volume of ongoing events with multiple stakeholders simultaneously.
- Oversee external vendor relationships (agencies, venues, production companies, etc.).
- Communicate professionally with creators and partners.
- Gather social posts in real-time to share with partners and internal teams.
- Track and report on data to estimate ROI and performance.
- Collaborate closely with XFN in advance of activations to coordinate across distinct priorities.
Must-Have Skills:
- 5 years of experience.
- Previous experience working in an agency with activations.
- Project management experience, with the ability to take an idea, coordinate with stakeholders, and bring it to fruition.
Nice-to-Have Skills:
- Experience working in tech companies.
Soft Skills:
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Excellent organizational skills, with the ability to follow through on documentation and keep the team updated in real-time.
- Strong attention to detail.
Location: Remote (Los Angeles, CA - Only)
Role type: Contract 6 Month Position
