The SBG Marketing Channels team is seeking a Growth Marketing Analyst to support the execution of digital marketing campaigns. The ideal candidate will have experience building marketing journeys in marketing automation systems (Salesforce Marketing Cloud preferred), a passion for digital marketing, and the ability to deliver high-quality work while managing multiple deadlines. This role requires managing basic debugging within marketing systems to ensure effective campaign delivery. The analyst will oversee end-to-end campaign execution, including automation configuration, content creation, audience signal assembly, marketing materials QA, and stakeholder project management. Campaigns will span email, social media ads, and onsite channels, and may also include basic landing pages and QA of marketing materials before launch.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end digital marketing campaign execution.
- Develop and configure marketing automation workflows.
- Create and assemble content for campaigns.
- Conduct quality assurance on marketing materials.
- Coordinate with stakeholders to ensure project alignment.
- Execute campaigns across email, social media ads, and onsite channels.
- Debug and troubleshoot marketing systems to ensure campaign effectiveness.
- Develop basic landing pages and perform QA before launch.
Required Qualifications:
- Experience managing digital marketing campaigns (Ads, SEM, display, email, etc.).
- Proficiency with commercial marketing automation tools (Salesforce Marketing Cloud preferred).
- High level of detail orientation and QA experience with marketing automation campaigns.
- Strong project management skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks and meet strict deadlines.
- Experience with global B2B or B2C digital multi-channel marketing campaign strategy and planning.
- Clear understanding of email marketing best practices and strategy.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to understand and navigate large digital marketing systems.
- Proficiency in building and manipulating content with CMS tools (e.g., Knak, Hubspot, Dreamweaver).
- Exceptional prioritization and project management skills, with experience using tools like Monday, Trello, or Jira.
Education and Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Economics, Finance, or a related field.
- Basic knowledge of HTML for email content manipulation.
- Basic knowledge of SQL for segmentation building.
- Minimum of 3 years of relevant work experience.
Location: Remote (United States, PST preferred)
Role type: Contract 3.5 Months Position
