- Full-time, 7 hours per day, Monday-Friday; schedule to follow Student Calendar
- Anticipated start date: 03/24/25
- Anticipated end date: 05/23/25
- Bachelor's degree and Missouri State Content Sub Certification Required; Reading Certification preferred
- Substitute Pay Rate for Long Term Coverage: $170/day (Applies after 30 consecutive days worked. Days 1-30 will then be paid at the long-term rate, retroactively.)

Summary: To provide the strategies and support to facilitate the Integration of At-Risk Supports (IARS) which focuses on effective instructional and behavioral practices related to the specific needs of each child, based on a Response to Intervention (RtI) framework.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Leadership and organizational qualities which include the ability to facilitate teams, communicate collaboratively, train and lead others, and coordinate data.
- Working knowledge and understanding of the Multi Tiered Systems of Support (MTSS) process, at-risk supports, and literacy development.
- Provide research-based, direct instruction in small intervention groups for the majority of the work day
- Work collaboratively with the District Literacy Coordinator and District Intervention Coordinator on the appropriate use of data in making educational decisions
- Work collaboratively with the school-wide IARS team on the appropriate use of data in making educational decisions, coordinating parent education activities, and planning expenditures of program funds within IARS
- Create and implement Lindbergh Reading Success Plans (LRSP) based on universal reading screenings and diagnostic reading assessments.
- Facilitate the coordination of school-wide and individual student progress monitoring data
- Maintain an accurate data base of students in IARS
- Assist building administration in reviewing data to develop and assist in building level professional learning which supports IARS

Support the total school program by observing curricular and extra-curricular student activities and using instructional strategies from the district model of instruction (MOI)
Maintain a caseload of students receiving instructional interventions as determined by building administration
