ROLE OVERVIEW
The Executive Assistant/Sustainability Reporting Coordinator supports our CEO. Additionally supports the CFO and other members of our executive team, and helps with sustainability coordination. This role is crucial in ensuring the seamless execution of the CEO’s strategic initiatives and daily operations. The ideal candidate will be adept at managing multiple priorities and maintaining confidentiality while providing top-tier support. Additionally, this role is important in helping the Company’s sustainability and social responsibilities.
\n- Executive Support:
- · Provide comprehensive executive support to the CEO, including email management, responding to correspondence on behalf of the CEO, managing schedules, travel arrangements and ensuring time management success.
- · Provide administrative support to the CFO, including managing schedules, correspondence, and travel arrangements.
- · Prepare and edit correspondence, communications, presentations, and other documents.
- · Coordinate and prioritize the daily activities of the CEO and CFO to ensure efficient time management.
- · Manages communication and work with the highest levels of confidentiality.
- 2. Sustainability Coordination:
- · Assist in helping to maintain sustainability scorecards.
- · Coordinate cross-functional teams to help with sustainability initiatives.
- · Support in helping with the preparation of the company's annual sustainability report and other ESG disclosures.
- 3. Project Management:
- · Manage special projects and initiatives as directed by the CEO,
- · Collaborate with Human Resources on employee engagement initiatives.
- 3 years of experience in an executive support role preferred
- Strong organizational and project management skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and sustainability reporting tools
- Ability to work independently and handle confidential information with discretion
- Passion for environmental sustainability and a commitment to promoting eco-friendly practices

COMPENSATION STATEMENT
Lindblad Expeditions determines the pay for positions using local, national, and industry-specific survey data. We evaluate external equity and the cost of labor/prevailing wage index in the relative marketplace for jobs directly comparable to jobs within our company. Our posted salary range is based on national data and may be refined for a candidate's region/town/cost of living.
For new hires, we strive to make competitive offers allowing the new employee room for future growth. Salaries will be based on the applicant’s location, level of experience, education, and specialized knowledge and skills. An employee/candidate with a stronger skill set will receive higher pay.
