We are seeking a highly organized and results-oriented Warehouse Manager to lead and optimize the daily operations of our fast-paced warehouse environment.
Based onsite in our South Park, Seattle warehouse and working closely with the warehouse team, the successful candidate will have the opportunity to evaluate, update, and streamline processes to lower overall costs and drive efficiencies.

\n- Oversee Daily Operations: Manage and coordinate all warehouse activities, including receiving, put-away, storage, picking, packing, shipping, and inventory control.
- Team Leadership: Supervise, train, and motivate a team of warehouse staff, fostering a culture of safety, efficiency, and accountability.
- Inventory Management: Implement and maintain effective inventory control procedures to ensure accuracy and minimize shrinkage.
- Process Improvement: Continuously evaluate and improve warehouse processes and layouts to optimize space utilization, productivity, and order fulfillment.
- Safety and Compliance: Enforce strict safety regulations and ensure compliance with all relevant laws and company policies.
- Reporting and Analysis: Generate regular reports on warehouse performance metrics and provide insights to drive operational improvements.
- Facility Maintenance: Coordinate the maintenance and upkeep of the warehouse facility and equipment.
- Collaboration: Work closely with other departments, including purchasing, sales, and logistics, to ensure seamless supply chain operations.
- Experience: 5 years of experience in warehouse management or a related field.
- Leadership: Proven ability to lead and motivate a team.
- Organization: Exceptional organizational and time management skills.
- Problem-Solving: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Technology: Proficient in warehouse management systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in business, logistics, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience
- Physical capabilities: Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds on regular basis.
- Adaptability: Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
- Attention to Detail: Meticulous attention to detail and accuracy.
- Results-Oriented: Strong focus on achieving results and meeting deadlines.
- Customer-Focused: Commitment to providing excellent customer service.
- Certifications: Relevant certifications, such as Certified Warehouse Manager (CWM), are a plus.
- Software: NSE and MXP platform experience a plus.

COMPENSATION STATEMENT
Lindblad Expeditions determines the pay for positions using local, national, and industry-specific survey data. We evaluate external equity and the cost of labor/prevailing wage index in the relative marketplace for jobs directly comparable to jobs within our company. Our posted salary range is based on national data and may be refined for a candidate's region/town/cost of living.
For new hires, we strive to make competitive offers allowing the new employee room for future growth. Salaries will be based on the applicant’s location, level of experience, education, and specialized knowledge and skills. An employee/candidate with a stronger skill set will receive higher pay.
