Quality Control - Final Inspector

What you will enjoy doing*
- You will perform inspections of parts and assemblies in accordance with applicable Engineering criteria, documents, drawings, and workmanship standards
- You will perform inspections using Precision Measurement equipment/devices
- You will coordinate calibration activities and maintain records of various tools, instruments and gauges used for Product acceptance or Verification/Validation
- You will ensure proper operation of measurement equipment by following operating instructions
- You will assist Engineering and Operations in the investigation of non-conformities
- You will ensure proper documentation including fine print details on all product certifications
- You will complete other duties as assigned
What makes you great
- A High School Diploma/GED is required in this role
- Extensive knowledge of common inspection measuring equipment including, surface plates, micrometers, height gauges, radius gages, bore gauges, and dial indictors
- Moreover you must be able to work extended hours and/or weekends and holidays as needed
- Minimum of 3 years of inspection, or other Quality, experience preferred
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and strong written and verbal communication skills is required
- Near Vision Acuity of 20/30 (Correction allowed)
