What you will enjoy doing*

• Your primary responsibility will be overall equipment ownership and direct technical support of the product line assigned to you.
• You will develop and maintain preventive maintenance schedules and procedures for mechanical systems to ensure reliability and performance.
• Further you will provide hands-on technical support to production and maintenance teams in resolving mechanical issues and process-related challenges.
• Lead root cause analysis and implement corrective actions to address mechanical failures and production downtime.
• Analyze production data and prepare reports on process performance metrics.
• Effectively communicate and work alongside cross functional teams.
• Foster a culture of continuous improvement and encourage knowledge sharing among team members.
  
  

What Makes You Great

• Bachelor’s degree in Manufacturing, Electrical, Mechanical, Industrial or other related Engineering or Engineering Technology field required.
• 0-3 years of experience working in a manufacturing or industrial process environment required.
• The ideal candidate must possess the ability to prioritize and execute multiple tasks in a demanding environment, demonstrate good judgment in selecting methods and techniques for obtaining solutions.
• You should be willing to learn and apply hands-on troubleshooting and installing electrical, mechanical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems.
• You have experience reading and understanding mechanical blueprints and technical drawings.
• You should be proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, 3D CAD (SolidWorks), and AutoCAD.
