What you will enjoy doing*
- You will partner with LAMT’s Vice President and other functional staff, to identify operational and financial issues and implement corrective action plans, as appropriate, across all sites globally (US and Singapore)
- In this role, you will oversee a support staff of one direct with indirect guidance for other members of the team
- This position is responsible for monthly reporting on the consolidated financial results, forecast and variances on the ~$150M total business including key business drivers, financial consulting, and financial statement/reports
- You will liaise with shared services in Indianapolis to ensure appropriate accounting treatment for transactions in the business unit
- You will also partner with Operations, Engineering, and Quality functions to identify cost out opportunities and be accountable for optimizing working capital for total business
- You must have a Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting or related disciplines
- If you have a CPA or MBA, this is preferred
- You will need 5 years in an operations or manufacturing environment, and experience within equipment manufacturing organizations preferred
- You must have systems experience: Oracle financial system, Hyperion Essbase; Familiarity with Tableau and/or Power BI is a plus
- You must be able to effectively develop relationships and partner with the business to drive results and be able/willing to travel up to 10%
