Pay : $2,000 Sign on Bonus with base pay range of $80,000.00 - $100,000 Depending on Experience
- What You'll Do :
- Get hands-on with advanced industrial instruments—transmitters, PLC systems, analyzers, automatic valves, and more.
- Maintain and troubleshoot key electrical systems (
- Develop and execute preventive maintenance programs, and tackle corrective maintenance challenges head-on.
- Identify and resolve chronic (bad actors) instrumentation issues to keep operations running smoothly.
- Leverage your expertise in calibration software (Procal) and assist with FDA and cGMP validation activities.
- Travel occasionally (~20%) to support our satellite plant in Columbia City, IN.
- Lead and innovate—by training new talent, implementing new technologies, and driving the adoption of best practices.
This role combines both hands-on fieldwork and office-based collaboration, so adaptability is key. From troubleshooting under the sun to climbing man-lifts or crane baskets, you'll play an essential role in keeping our operations safe and efficient.
