What you will enjoy doing
- You will providetechnical support to end-users within the organization, includingtroubleshooting and issue resolution
- Assist Linde-AMT with infrastructure, digital, and application projects and support
- PerformPC imaging and support tasks, including hardware and software installation,upgrades, and maintenance
- Further, you will serveas an interface between IT and the business, liaising with businessstakeholders to ensure that all IT initiatives are aligned with organizationalgoals
- Basicnetworking tasks, including setup and configuration of routers, switches, andfirewalls
- Also, you will documentall IT-related issues and resolutions in a timely and accurate manner
