Summary:
The Assistant Branch Manager will support the Branch Manager by overseeing the efficiency and operations of the branch. Ensure all operational functions are completely and properly performed by the staff while conveying a feeling of trust, customer service, security, and satisfaction to all customers and staff.
Responsibilities:
- Open/close branch
- Open/close accounts
- Daily ATM deposit reconciliation
- Bi-weekly ATM balancing and audits
- Perform maintenance on accounts as needed or requested
- Maintain accurate branch files
- Perform bi-quarterly manager audits
- Create monthly branch schedule
- Cash orders
- Teller audits
Qualifications:
- Strong management and team leadership sills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Understanding of banking regulatory matters and procedures
- Ability to perform various banking procedures and operations
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
