What are the responsibilities and job description for the Branch Manager position at Lindell Bank?
Summary:
As the Branch Manager at our St. Peters location you will be responsible for the daily operation of the branch.
Duties:
- Ensure compliance with all governing regulations, especially the Bank Secrecy Act as well as bank procedures and policies
- Maintain a thorough working knowledge of the bank's data processing system as it relates to consumer and account information, adhering to confidentially and security procedures
- Open/close branch
- Open/close accounts
- Handle customer complaints and inquiries
- Perform maintenance on accounts as needed or requested
- Maintain accurate branch files
- Teller audits
- Other duties, as needed
Qualifications:
- Banking Experience required
- Strong management and team leadership skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication
- Understanding of banking regulatory matters and procedures
- Ability to perform various banking procedures and operations
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
