What are the responsibilities and job description for the Teller Supervisor - St. Louis position at Lindell Bank?
Summary:
Supervises and coordinates activities of workers engaged in receiving and paying out money and keeping records of transactions.
Responsibilities:
- Handles a variety of daily bank functions including but not limited to cashing checks and savings withdrawals within prescribed limits, processing collection items and credit card cash advances, sell and prepare official checks, assisting customer in preparing counter checks and deposit slips.
- Responds to customer inquiries regarding basic account information such as account balance, check clearance, account history, etc.
- Monitor and maintain an adequate supply of currency and coin and sell excess coin and currency to vault, or buys coin and currency to maintain minimum but adequate drawer supply.
- Prepare teller work schedules and all work assignments to ensure efficient functioning of department.
- Comply with all applicable rules and regulations.
Banking Experience Required.
