Summary:
Assist customers with their banking needs by providing exceptional customer service.
Responsibilities:
- Open checking, savings, money market, and CD accounts
- Maintenance of existing accounts
- Respond to customer inquiries
- Issue debit cards, order checks, and handle wire transfers
- Assist with Online banking and mobile deposit banking
- Perform teller duties
- Provide information on bank products to existing and prospective customers
- Other duties, as needed
Qualifications:
- Cash handling
- Excellent customer service skills
- Attentional to detail
- Basic math skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Computer knowledge
- Banking experience (1 year preferred)
