RN SupervisorResponsibilities
- Evaluate the effectiveness of patient care andidentities any issues that affect desired resident outcomes
- Assess, review, and maintain that daily residentcare needs are met, and appropriate resident care is given
- Address resident and staff concerns to promotequality care
- Supervise staff nurses and CNAs to ensure theircompletion and quality of duties
- Make rounds of resident rooms to observe andevaluate residents' physical / emotional state
- Provide direct nursing care as necessary
- Perform all assigned tasks in accordance withestablished policies and procedures
