Regional Manager

Job description

A successful Regional Manager at Linden Comansa will be a team player with strong leadership skills to support the team as well as drive sales. This position will have overall responsibility for critical issues of the region's operations and should be comfortable working within the construction industry. This position will report directly to the Director of Operations. Travel (once resumed) will be required for training and then ongoing to support other parts of the business. Travel will be approximately 305 per year.

Job Responsibilities include:

· Excellent communication skills with internal and external customers.

· Ability to negotiate with customers and vendors, as well as de-escalate issues

· Management of 10 employees both professional and laborers

· Recruiting, hiring and retention of employees

· Ongoing training and development of associates

· Responsible for Sales and Profit goals/objectives for the region

· Grow market presence

· Territory is primarily Washington, Oregon, Idaho and Utah

Minimum Requirements:

· 10 years of Management Experience

· Proven track record in managing growth and profitability

· Experience with Sales, Customer Service, and Inventory Management

· Construction Industry Experience Preferred

· Ability to work with Microsoft software – Excel, word, Outlook, etc.
