Job Description
Title: Tower Crane Service Technician / Electrician
Department: Service Report to: Service Manager
Office Location: Chehalis, WA
Pay Range: $20 - $35hr based on experience
POSITION SUMMARY: Service tower crane equipment at our facility and trouble shoot site repairs as required by the customer. Maintain a good attitude and relationship with employees, customers and clients.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Repair and maintain tower cranes – troubleshoot on job site/maintain in yard
Climb, assist with install, climbing, dismantling tower cranes
Assemble crane components – loading trucks as needed
Maintain inventory, facility organization, and appearance
Communicate with client/Maintain client relations
QUALIFICATIONS:
Be able to communicate with customers and management
Trouble shoot electrical problems with equipment
Write service reports/Detail Oriented
Be able to self-schedule time and customer visits as required
Not afraid of heights and willing to work outside all year as required to service equipment
Read schematics
Work with 480volt/3Phase power
EDUCATION/CERTIFICATION/TRAINING:
Technical school or equivalent in electrical maintenance
High school education
Experience in equipment maintenance and repair
