Bartender

Overview
We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Bartender to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for mixology and customer service, with the ability to create a welcoming atmosphere for our guests. As a Bartender, you will be responsible for preparing and serving a variety of beverages while ensuring an exceptional experience for all patrons. Your role will be crucial in maintaining the bar's reputation and contributing to the overall success of our establishment.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to standard recipes and customer preferences.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including washing glassware and utensils.
• Provide excellent customer service by engaging with guests, taking orders, and making recommendations.
• Handle cash transactions accurately using POS system, ensuring proper accounting of sales.
• Monitor inventory levels and assist in ordering supplies as needed.
• Follow all health and safety regulations, including responsible alcohol service guidelines.
• Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely service of food items when applicable.
• Stay updated on new drink recipes, trends in the industry, and seasonal offerings.

Experience

• Previous experience in food service or bartending is preferred, especially in a fine dining or fast casual setting. Knowledge of Classic Cocktails/Martinis a plus
• Familiarity with Toast POS or similar point-of-sale systems is a plus.
• Strong customer service skills with the ability to handle high-pressure situations effectively.
• Basic math skills for accurate cash handling and sales transactions.
