Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated Building Maintenance Crew Member to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible setting-up and tearing down for all events hosted at Linden Hall for conferences, weddings, golf outings and other private functions.
Candidate will be responsible for basic building repairs and maintenance along with all garbage collection. This role requires a proactive approach to problem-solving and a commitment to providing excellent communicative and organizational skills. The Building Maintenance Crew Member will work closely with other team members in order to provide a superb guest experience!
Responsibilities
- Set-up and Tear Down all of Linden Hall events such as Conferences, Weddings, Golf Outings and other Private Events.
- Daily Garbage Collection from all facilities and golf course.
- Basic Building Repairs and Maintenance.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and protocols during all maintenance activities.
Experience
- Experience in facilities maintenance or a related field is preferred.
