Maintenance Lead

Overview
Linden Hall Corporation, a hotel, education center and wedding venue, is seeking a hands-on, reliable and experienced Maintenance Lead Person to participate in and oversee the maintenance operations of our facility. The responsibilities would include, but not be limited to, routine and emergency maintenance, building improvements, facilitating building repairs with contractors as needed, ensuring proper upkeep of building systems and equipment, all while adhering to safety regulations. Along with participating and overseeing maintenance, Linden Hall also requires candidate to communicate with staff, vendors, contractors and management.

The ideal candidate will possess some or all of the following skills: interior finishing including drywall and trim work, exterior finish ability, general repairs including basic plumbing, diagnosis and remediation of maintenance issues, lock changes, property improvements including bathroom updates and flooring replacements.

Candidate must have the ability to work independently with little supervision and the ability to supervise others. Other requirements include strong interpersonal skills, time management and organizational skills, the ability to lift up to 50 pounds unassisted, general knowledge of wiring and electrical, plumbing and masonry. Candidate must have a valid driver's license, reliable transportation and the ability to work flexible hours, including possibly evenings, weekends and holidays as necessary.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $45,000.00 - $48,000.00 per year
