Job Overview
We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Camp Dorm Staff to join our team for an exciting summer camp experience. As a Camp Dorm Staff, you will play a vital role in creating a safe, fun, and engaging environment for children. You will be responsible for leading activities, supervising campers, and fostering personal growth and development through various programs. This position is ideal for individuals passionate about working with children and contributing to their memorable camp experiences.
- Dates:
- July 13-17 and July 20-24 (Sunday to Thursday evenings)
- July 18-19 for weekend duties
- Location: Lititz, PA
- Campers: Grades 3-8
Primary Responsibilities
- Evening Activities: Assist the Residential Life Director in organizing and leading evening activities.
- Monitor Campers: Supervise the dormitory, ensuring campers are following guidelines and participating appropriately.
Weekend Duties (July 18-19)
- Transportation: Drive campers to local destinations in a school vehicle.
- Activity Leadership: Choose and supervise games or crafts for the campers.
- Bedtime Supervision: Oversee camper bedtimes and ensure safety during evening hours.
