- Litigation experience in personal injury law is an absolute must.

- An appreciation for (and skill with) tech—bonus points if you’ve used SmartAdvocate before.
- Excellent skills in Microsoft Word and proficiency with legal research tools.
- Organizational excellence—you should be great at managing deadlines, filings, and discovery documents.

Key Responsibilities:
- Drafting, reviewing, and organizing legal documents, including pleadings, discovery requests, subpoenas, and trial prep materials.
- Assisting attorneys in case management from inception through resolution.
- Coordinating and managing litigation calendars, deadlines, and filings (state and federal courts).
- Collaborating with attorneys on trial prep, exhibits, and witness lists.
- Organizing and summarizing medical records, discovery responses, and deposition transcripts.
