Job description
Linden Oaks formerly Speech and Language Development Center is a non-profit school and therapy center serving children and young adults, with a private special education school serving students K-12 . Based on more than 65 years of knowledge, skill and success, SLDC provides remediation for language/learning, emotional/social and neurologically-based needs to students with a broad scope of diagnoses, including Autism Spectrum Disorder.
Our transportation team is currently looking to welcome new Van Drivers to help us ensure our students arrive to school safely and on time. If you have a passion for youth with special needs and a stellar professional driving background, we would like to meet you!
This position is scheduled as a split shift with arrival time of approximately 6:00am-9:00am and then 2:00-5:00pm Monday-Friday, following a traditional school year calendar plus 20 days over our summer program, plus paid training.
SB 88 This position requires an annual physical and random drug-testing.
Must possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $17.50 - $18.50 per hour
