Position: Assistant Director of Nursing (ADON)
The ADON will help manage the administrative and clinical operations of the Nursing Department while ensuring compliance with policies, regulations, and quality standards. You'll support the team in providing the highest level of care to our residents.

Key Responsibilities:

Meet the medical needs of all residents
Coordinate infection control protocols
Educate and support nursing staff
Ensure effective communication across all levels of nursing
Be available on-call 24/7
Plan, organize, and direct nursing services
Maintain accurate and timely medical records
Hire, train, and onboard new nursing staff
Oversee daily staffing and scheduling
Stay flexible to meet changing facility needs
What You’ll Need to Join Us:
Active RN license in good standing (State of NC)
Minimum 3 years of nursing experience
1–2 years of supervisory/management experience preferred
Current CPR certification
Strong leadership, communication, and team collaboration skills
Commitment to high-quality, person-centered care
COVID-19 vaccination required (reasonable accommodations considered)
