Linden Ponds by Erickson Senior Living is seeking a skilled Registered Nurse to join our team. As a Registered Nurse, you will play a vital role in promoting, restoring, and maintaining the health and wellbeing of our residents.
Salary and Benefits:

Responsibilities:
- Develop relationships with residents and their families using a consistent caregiver approach, supporting their physical, spiritual, emotional, and clinical needs.
- Perform all clinical duties in accordance with the state nurse practice act and nursing standards of practice.
- Promote resident independence by establishing care goals, teaching residents/family members to understand a resident's condition, medication, and self-care skills.
- Monitor resident clinical and care conditions to identify any changes in status and act on those changes to ensure patient comfort and safety.
Requirements:
- A minimum of 6 months experience as an RN.
- Experience in caring for seniors or seniors with cognitive impairment preferred.
- Basic computer skills required, including experience with Microsoft Office, internet, and web applications.
- CPR certification required.
