Job Description
As a Line Cook, you will play a key role in preparing meals and menu items following proper safety and cooking techniques. You will ensure accurate portioning, plating, temperature, and presentation of meals, utilizing your culinary skills to create high-quality dishes that enhance resident satisfaction. You will also maintain a clean and sanitized kitchen and workstation at all times.
We are looking for someone who can consistently prepare meals and menu items to a high standard, while also being able to lift and/or move objects weighing up to 50 pounds. If you have a minimum of 1 year of cook-to-order experience and are able to work some weekends and holidays, we would love to hear from you!
