We are seeking an experienced Emergency Dispatcher to join our team at Linden Ponds by Erickson Senior Living. As a key member of our Security and Emergency Services department, you will be responsible for managing multiple security systems from a central location.
Responsibilities:**
- Track all pertinent information during your shift
- Initiate incident reports for Security and Emergency Services Officer completion
- Monitor the Emergency Call System and Fire Alarm System
Requirements:
- Prior experience in 911 call-taking or Emergency Medical Services preferred
- Ability to maintain composure in high-pressure situations
