What are the responsibilities and job description for the Customer Service Representative position at Lindenmeyr Munroe?
Position Summary: To create a partnership to efficiently meet customer product needs using Lindenmeyr Munroe’s operating system and website, collaborating with various departments to ensure the order is complete and delivered correctly.
ESSENTIAL JOB FUCTIONS for customer service include but are not limited to the following:
1. Build a working relationship with all customers built on trust.
2. Develop knowledge of customer accounts and their ordering needs
3. Master navigating M3 operating system and Lindenmeyr E-com site.
4. Answer incoming customer calls and emails and respond in a timely manner.
5. Accurately input and track orders and locate invoices.
6. Problem-solve on issues throughout the ordering process.
7. Provide product information to fulfill customer order needs.
8. Manage price, inventory availability and delivery dates.
9. Communicate with purchasing department to ensure stock is ordered.
10. Communicate with the warehouse to ensure delivery of products.
11. Assist sales representatives with account management.
12. Assist customers with new account and log in creation.

Requirements
1. Minimum: High school diploma/GED
